Who are we, and what do we do?
The center provides a wide range of IT services, including software development, quality assurance, IT operations, application and user support for the needs of DB Schenker, a global leader in logistics. We develop and support essential internal IT systems and solutions for customers. In our daily work, we deal with topics that shape the future of the logistics industry. Chat Bots, IoT and Blockchain are just a few examples.
With UX/UI Designers, a considerable team of Project Managers and Business Analysts, the Drive4Schenker team that supports carriers, and the Robotic Process Automation Center, we are much more than a software company. Being driven by technology and working on the latest technology stack, we have worked out a unique approach to the development process.

Our team is diverse, and we have a truly international working environment. Our 320 colleagues in Warsaw come from more than 20 different countries and speak more than 30 languages. Collaboration in a team like that will broaden your horizon every day!

In October 2021, we’ve invited our employees for the adventure, starting to implement our new way of working. The Smart Workplace, as we named it, gives you a lot of freedom of how you will work. After discussing with the manager, you can work remotely, with only occasional visits to the office, or you can be there almost every day.
You can also divide your time between those two options in a hybrid way, taking advantage of both – remote and office work. Thanks to the remote work possibilities, you don’t need to live in Warsaw are to join us. Isn’t it smart? Beyond a doubt, Smart Remote, Smart Hybrid, and Smart Office that’s the new ways we will do our job from now on and after the pandemic.

At DB Schenker Technology Center, we also inspire each other to take better care of the environment. One of our CSR activities is a sponsorship of a beehive. We support the environment, as bees are so important to the mother earth, and we can enjoy the flavor of our delicious honey.
Every year, we are also involved in many charity events. Our team loves to actively spend time together within grass-roots initiatives like internal running teams and other sports teams. Before the pandemic, our colleagues participated in various sports tournaments and running races, and even now, we have some minor active events. For those who prefer indoor and more stationary fun, we organized board games, movie nights, or FIFA and table soccer tournaments.
