Matched candidates receive e-mail notifications of your offer.
If they accept it and decide to apply, you will receive an e-mail notification and they will appear on the platform (in the “Candidates” tab on your profile):
Every candidate that you see on the platform must have applied to a position that you advertise, selecting your offer from all the other that have been matched with their criteria. At the same time, every candidate can find your offer in our offers browser, your employer’s profile or in our social media channels.
