Company statistics
After logging in to the admin account, employers can view company statistics. The data concerns:
- running processes
- applications
The charts show data according to a specific time period (you can display data from the last week, month, year OR choose the date range you are interested in).
Process statistics
After entering “Processes” in the menu on the left, we can click next to the selected process “Stats” to view data dedicated to that recruitment process:
- number of applications
- reasons for offer rejections
- comparison of your salary range to average candidate expectations and market salary ranges (inhire.io Salary Benchmark)
The inhire.io Salary Benchmark is only available for IT roles & Prime and Ultimate processes.
